We approve. You pay the Admin & Legal Fee.
Once approved, you pay a $2,750 Admin & Legal Fee.
Our law firm adds the protections.
Our law firm incorporates language into the PSA designed to protect the deposit and preserve its refundable status.
Pay the funding fee.
Your fee is based on the deposit amount and funding period, payable upfront before funding. Terms can extend as long as the deposit remains soft and refundable.
We fund.
Your deposit is funded, and your transaction moves forward.
*Funding within 48 hours after approval, seller sign-off, completed documentation and payment of required fees.

At 4% per 30 days, your funding fee is $4,000. Add the one-time $2,750 Admin & Legal Fee for a total cost of $6,750. Once the agreed documentation and payments are complete, we fund the $100,000 deposit.
